Who We Are
Stacy Adams is a kinesiologist with a mission to help people reconnect with their bodies through mindful, functional movement, breath work, and corrective exercise. Blending principles of exercise science, kinesiology, yoga, and holistic movement, we guide individuals in addressing postural imbalances, joint pain, and muscular dysfunction. Through breath retraining, movement re-education, and embodied awareness, we support clients in restoring balance, building strength, and moving with greater ease in both body and mind.
